Cultivation operations and material traceability software

A complete material history, from plant to product.

Cultivacta brings plants, batches, operations, locations and environmental data into one consistent system. RFID and device integrations capture work as it happens, while operational data remains on your organisation’s infrastructure.

Why Cultivacta

One process. One record you can reconstruct later.

Cultivacta connects material state to the operation, place, time and person, so discrepancies do not have to be pieced together from spreadsheets, messages and paper notes.

Physical stock does not match the register

Detect discrepancies during work

An RFID session compares expected and detected stock, recording the operator, time and room.

The batch story is scattered

A single batch record instead of multiple sources

Linked records show material origin, movement and the events behind its current state.

A correction overwrites the old state

Error correction without losing history

A correction appends actor, time, reason and before-and-after values. The earlier record remains visible.

How the product works

From material identity to a record ready to reconstruct.

Every stage uses the same identifiers. History is captured as work happens instead of being recreated later.

  1. 01

    Material identity and location

Each plant, batch and material carrier keeps its own identity, linked to its cultivar, room and process stage.

The batch record connects material state, location and related operations.
  2. 02

    Operation capture and reconciliation

A scan session records RFID reads, operator, time, conditions and discrepancies directly in the batch record.

Each completed session retains the operation context and reconciliation result.
  3. 03

    Audit trail and change context

The audit trail retains actor, time, reason and before-and-after values. Corrections do not erase earlier records.

The audit entry shows the scope of a change and its before-and-after values.

Work on site

The record starts where the work happens.

The mobile app guides the operation and RFID read, removing retyping and end-of-shift reconstruction.

An RFID read becomes part of a specific operation.

The operator selects the context, detects the tag and completes the session. The web panel shows who read it, when and why.

Data, infrastructure and integrations

Technology should protect the continuity of the record, not create another data silo.

Cultivacta separates operational data from devices. Changing hardware vendors or adding parameters does not disrupt the continuity of operational history.

History instead of overwriting
Closed sessions and earlier entries remain unchanged. Errors are documented with the reason and scope of correction.
Data on your organisation’s server
The system and operational data stay on the organisation’s infrastructure. Agreed deployment and support access uses a secured VPN connection.
Controlled access
Roles and paired devices control who can perform operations. Every event leaves an identifiable trace.

Integration scope

Adapters connect hardware to one operational model.

We confirm each device model, adapter and data exchange scope before deployment.

UHF RFID terminals

Part of the product scope

Reads enter a session after the device is paired with the installation.

RFID label printers

Deployment scope

A print session documents the origin and assignment of identifiers.

Environmental systems

Through an agreed adapter

Measurements retain their source and can be connected to a room and operation.

Who it is for

For teams accountable for material, execution and the credibility of the record.

Best suited to controlled cultivation and primary processing, where later decisions need reconstructable data.

Initial and target use cases

  • medical cannabis
  • indoor and greenhouse cultivation
  • vegetative propagation
  • primary processing and packing
Cultivation or production manager
Controls material state, progress, completed work, discrepancies and areas needing attention.
Quality team
Uses reconstructed history and system evidence within the organisation’s own procedures and quality responsibilities.
Field operator
Records operations in the mobile app using RFID and unambiguous identifiers.

Deployment

Deployment starting from one real process.

Cultivacta can run beside existing records during a pilot. Migration and integrations follow the agreed process; replacing every system is not assumed.

  1. 01

    Map

Halls, rooms, roles, process stages and the way material is identified.

  2. 02

    Configure

Server, devices, permissions and the confirmed integration scope.

  3. 03

    Pilot

A selected operational workflow, team training and verification of captured data.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Cultivacta.

Which organisations is Cultivacta designed for?

For controlled cultivation and primary processing where material location, state, origin and history matter. Medical cannabis is the first market.

Does Cultivacta replace climate control systems?

No. It can link agreed environmental data to a room, time and operation, but does not control climate.

Where does the system run and where does the data stay?

The system runs on the organisation’s server and operational data stays in its infrastructure. Internet connectivity is required for agreed deployment and support access through a secured VPN connection.

Which hardware can connect to Cultivacta?

UHF RFID terminals, plus printers and environmental systems through adapters. We confirm device compatibility before a deployment offer.

Does Cultivacta guarantee regulatory compliance?

No. It provides workflows, data and reconstructable evidence for the organisation’s procedures and quality system. It does not determine compliance for the customer.

What stage is the product at?

A working product in its first Polish deployments. The web panel, mobile app, RFID handling, discrepancies and change history all run in real processes.
