2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers cultivacta.com and cultivacta.pl, including their language versions. Processing in a customer installation of the Cultivacta product is governed separately by the applicable agreements.
3. Contact enquiries
The website offers email contact. Clicking the contact link opens your email application; it does not submit a form to this website. If you contact us, we process your email address, the contents of your message and any name, organisation or other information you provide. Providing these details is voluntary, but a contact address is needed to reply.
We use this information to answer enquiries and discuss cooperation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and related discussions. If a contract follows, relevant correspondence becomes part of its records. Data needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims is retained for the applicable statutory period. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymised.
4. Website operation and security
The website uses Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's delivery and security services. Technical data such as IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and browser information may be processed to deliver content, maintain availability, prevent abuse and diagnose problems. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.
Technical data is retained for the period necessary for delivery, security and diagnostics, taking account of the service configuration and any incident requiring investigation.
5. Analytics and browser storage
The website has Google Analytics 4 configured to measure visits and use of the content. Analytics cookies are controlled through the cookie preferences. Where consent is required, the legal basis for analytics processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the website footer; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Google Consent Mode communicates consent choices. Depending on the consent state, Google may receive cookieless technical measurement signals. Browser cookie lifetimes and analytics event retention are different settings. Details of browser storage and how to manage it are in the Cookie Policy.
6. Recipients and international processing
Data may be processed by providers supporting website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email communication, and analytics (Google Ireland Limited and its service providers), as needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal data.
Cloudflare and Google operate international infrastructure, so processing may occur outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer requires safeguards under GDPR, the applicable mechanism may be an adequacy decision covering the recipient or standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards. Information about the providers' processing is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you can request access and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
8. Automated decisions and updates
We do not use website data to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We update this policy when the website or its processing changes. The date above identifies the current version.
